T&C: Spin and Win

1. This promotion is valid at Ai-CHA LENASIA only, during the opening period or while stocks last.
2. To qualify, customers must:
a. Take a selfie with Ai-CHA or CACHA.
b. Post it publicly on Instagram or TikTok using #AiCHASouthAfrica and #AiCHALenasia.
c. Present the live post in-store for verification.
3. Each valid post entitles the customer to one (1) spin per customer per day.
4. Posts must be original. Edited, duplicated, or previously used posts will not be accepted.
5. Ai-CHA staff reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any post and may refuse entries deemed invalid.
6. Prizes available include:
- Free Ai-Scream Cone
- Free Ai-Squash Lemonade
- 50% Off Total Bill (minimum spend R50, maximum bill amount R200)
- 50% Off 2nd Cup (minimum spend R40)
- Ai-CHA exclusive merchandises
7. Prizes are awarded randomly, cannot be chosen, and are not exchangeable for cash.
8. All prizes must be redeemed on the spot immediately after spinning. 
9. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
10. Prizes are dine-in only, unless otherwise stated.
11. Ai-CHA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion or its terms without prior notice.

T&C: Grand Lucky Draw

1. This promotion is valid at participating Ai-CHA Lenasia only until 14 December 2025.
2. To enter, customers must write their full name and contact number on their receipt and drop it into the in-store Lucky Draw Box.
3. There is no limit to the number of entries. Each receipt counts as one (1) entry.
4. Illegible, damaged, or incomplete receipts may be disqualified at management’s discretion.
5. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 15 December 2025 via Instagram Live or Instagram Stories for transparency.
6. Two (2) winners will be selected at random.
7. Winners will be announced on 15 December 2025 before end of day on Ai-CHA’s official and Ai-CHA Lenasia's social media platforms.
8. The Grand Prize consists of one year of free drinks. Prize details, redemption method, and terms of use will be explained directly to winners.
9. Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted.
10. Ai-CHA reserves the right to verify the identity of winners before awarding the prize.
11. Ai-CHA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion or its terms at any time without prior notice.
12. Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
